Job Title: 2026 2L Summer Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The 2L Summer Associate Program at the law firm is an immersive ten-week, in-person experience designed to provide law students with the essential tools and hands-on experience necessary for their future legal careers. Summer Associates are paired with two mentors, one Associate and one Partner, to guide them through their summer experience. They are assigned projects that align with their interests and have the opportunity to shadow attorneys during real trials, negotiations, and client consultations. Summer Associates also participate in the law firm's in-house training programs, attend weekly practice group presentations, and receive substantive feedback during mid-summer and end-of-summer evaluations. Additionally, there are numerous informal social events, including a Firmwide Summer Associate event, which offer opportunities to build lasting connections with attorneys and fellow Summer Associates.

Education and Experience Information:
Interested candidates must possess a good academic record and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Applicants are required to submit a cover letter, resume, and both undergraduate and law school transcripts. The program is open to law students who are in their second year (2L) of study.

Salary Information:
For applicants based in California and Colorado, the law firm provides a reasonable salary estimate of $3,650 per week.
