Job Responsibilities:
The 2L Summer Associate position is designed to provide law students with meaningful exposure to substantive legal assignments within various departments, including Business Litigation, Corporate & Securities, Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Mass Torts, Multiple, and Real Estate. Participants in the summer program will engage in robust mentoring, networking, and learning opportunities, all of which aim to lay a strong foundation for a successful legal career. The program is structured to offer hands-on experience in a sophisticated legal environment, allowing summer associates to work on significant legal tasks and gain practical insights into the workings of a law firm.
