As a Litigation Associate at our firm, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of tort litigation, construction and employment law matters. This includes, but is not limited to, drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings and trials, and negotiating settlements. Salary Information:
