Federal Tax Manager, Alternative Investments - Remote Option

As a Federal Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and develop your career through multifaceted engagements, formal training, and informal mentoring.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee client portfolios within the alternative investment fund industry (private equity, real estate, and/or hedge funds)
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants
- Analyze tax impact of law changes and develop recommendations for clients
- Facilitate risk and financial performance of engagements
- Deliver high-quality tax services to clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of five years of tax experience in the alternative investment industry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM preferred
- Proficient in partnership taxation and tiered investment fund structures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
