Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy Law The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Bankruptcy and Social Security law. Experience with handling Veteran's Administration claims is a plus. Extensive client contact and resolution of legal matters by telephone consultation, document review, and written correspondence, as well as the opportunity to handle cases on a retained basis. Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia. Must be admitted to practice law in the Northern District and Middle District of Georgia. Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be prepared to present a current writing sample (ideally, in letter form). Spanish language skills are a plus.
