Job Title: Product Mgmt/Strategy Snr Director-ProdDev
Job Responsibilities:
The Product Management/Strategy Senior Director for Product Development is responsible for leading the AI Framework and Platform development at Oracle Health. This role involves shaping the interoperability and semantic data platform strategy, with a focus on building intelligent, agentic platforms in healthcare. Key responsibilities include:
- AI Framework Leadership:
- Owning the strategy and execution of Oracle Health’s AI Agent Framework.
- Developing and governing LLM-based agentic workflows integrated into Oracle’s next-generation EHR.
- Overseeing the roadmap for common agent orchestration, reuse, and context-awareness powered by semantic data.
- Interoperability and Semantic Platform Strategy:
- Defining and evolving the semantic data layer for Oracle’s clinical and operational applications.
- Leveraging interoperability expertise to construct a scalable, standards-aligned semantic ingestion and indexing layer.
- Shaping the design and utilization of a healthcare-specific semantic knowledge graph.
- Ensuring the platform enables dynamic care planning and AI model explainability.
- Industry and Regulatory Engagement:
- Representing Oracle Health in AI regulatory discussions and standards development.
- Leading Oracle’s involvement in industry practices for AI transparency, model governance, and clinical safety validation.
- Cross-Functional Product Leadership:
- Collaborating across engineering, policy, UX, and clinical strategy teams.
- Guiding product managers in defining and building AI services that are interoperable and scalable.
Education and Experience Information:
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years in healthcare technology, including leadership roles in platform, AI, or interoperability domains.
- Proven experience with health-specific semantic knowledge graphs and data platforms.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standard-setting bodies in healthcare AI and data exchange.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance product teams.
- JD, MPH, MBA, or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Salary Information:
- US Hiring Range: $155,600 to $338,500 per annum, potentially eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
- Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations.
