Job Responsibilities:
- Assume shared responsibility for tort cases on behalf of hundreds of clients being prosecuted throughout the United States in both State and Federal Courts.
- Conduct research, prepare pleadings, and other legal documents to ensure clients receive the best representation.
- Engage in complex multi-state and multi-district, mass-tort, class-action, and individual litigations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and all applicable rules of professional responsibility.
- Work independently as well as part of a team of attorneys and other personnel.
- Communicate, negotiate, and solve problems effectively.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the state in which you intend to practice.
- Preferred experience or expertise in personal injury and/or product liability.
- At least 2 years of litigation experience.
