Litigation Attorney The candidate should have an interest in product liability, toxic tort, and employment litigation. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to good academic credentials. Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to multitask. Should have hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution. Experience and/or strong interest in product liability, toxic tort, and employment litigation are essential. Trial experience preferred. Must be admitted to practice in California. Strong deposition experience is needed. Employment litigation and/or insurance defense experience is a plus.
