Job Title: Litigation Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion, mediation, and trial preparation
- Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions
- Advise HOA boards and property managers on legal issues and litigation strategy
- Draft legal opinions, correspondence, and court filings
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure efficient, effective legal service
Education and Experience Information:
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
- 5–7 years of civil litigation experience (HOA, real estate, or construction law experience is a plus)
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- A client-focused, team-oriented approach
Salary Information:
- Pay: $150, - $170, per year

The law firm provides high-quality legal counsel to single family home developments, condominium complexes, high rises, commercial developments, and mixed-use communities. As a full-service HOA law firm, they handle all general counsel services, litigation, and collections (using judicial foreclosure). While prior experience in HOA or community association law is preferred, it is not required, as the firm welcomes applications from attorneys with strong civil litigation backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in this specialized area of law.
