Job Title: Client Services Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, aiming to own the service delivery relationship.
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
- Execute project forecasts and work schedules as implemented by the Senior Project Manager or Client Services Director.
- Ensure client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy through verification and routine communication with both the client and internal partners.
- Deliver proactive communication with clients and address any arising client issues, or escalate them expeditiously to the Senior Project Manager or Client Services Director.
- Maintain an up-to-date record regarding the status of all projects being worked on.
- Demonstrate leadership to both the client and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
- Instill confidence with the client and serve as a primary public face of the company's high-quality service delivery offering.

Education and Experience Information:

- A minimum of 5 years of consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
- A solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically gained from at least 2 years of experience in project management positions within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Oral and written communication skills that provide a strong and confident leadership presence.
- Excellent client relationship skills, including the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to meet client requirements consistently.
- A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure effective control of all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production; develop project plans; balance overall client requirements; develop relationships; and review financial and billing information in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
