Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement
Conduct thorough case investigations and determine liability and damages
Draft and file legal documents needed in pre-litigation
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

Requirements:
Licensed lawyer in good standing in the state of CA
4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation cases
Strong knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Proven track record of successful case management and client representation
Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
