Overview:
- The Attorney I will join our team of self-directed and autonomous attorneys with 3+ years of experience in practicing law.
- They will receive a substantial portion of their work through our firm's lead generation and marketing efforts, as well as referrals from other attorneys in the office.
- The Attorney I is expected to generate a portion of their own billable work and attend two events per quarter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze complex legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including memorandums, briefs, and letters
- Market services to potential clients
- Conduct discovery and due diligence in legal matters
- Communicate and advise clients
- Manage schedule for consultations and closures
- Ensure timely approval of invoices
- Utilize support staff efficiently
- Update client information accurately and completely
- Share work tasks with other attorneys and support staff as needed
- Actively engage in personal and firm branding through social media, blogs, and organization participation
- Seek positive feedback and reviews from clients

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
- Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the state bar
- 3+ years of experience as an attorney

Work Environment/Conditions/Physical Demands:
