Commercial Litigation Associate
The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Must have 3-5 years of experience and should have an active Bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which one is applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. Should have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation and a demonstrated proficiency in legal research. This includes, experience with conducting factual investigations and discovery, including eDiscovery and the Relativity platform, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients. An employment-specific litigation background is preferred. Experience using Artificial Intelligence to conduct legal research is beneficial as well. Should ideally have excellent academic credentials.
