Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Personal Financial Services

Job Responsibilities:
The role of a Tax Senior Manager within the Personal Financial Services practice at the company involves working as part of a team to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution. The responsibilities include:

The position also involves providing advisory services to High Net Worth Individuals and private wealth management structures, focusing on audit, tax compliance, and planning to improve operational efficiency and focus on personal wealth strategy. The team assists clients in developing, designing, and implementing plans to achieve personal wealth goals and ensure maintenance for future generations.

Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Required Fields of Study: Accounting
- Minimum Years of Experience: 6 years

Certification(s) Required:
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader and consultant with high net worth individuals in areas such as:
- Financial planning
- Wealth transfer planning
- Business succession planning or trust and estate work

The candidate should possess comprehensive technical skills with Form 1040 for High Net Worth individuals and Form K1 production and compliance. Experience in identifying and addressing client needs, leading as a business advisor, developing new relationships, and selling new services with a "One Firm" service mindset is preferred. Familiarity with a CRM system and experience innovating through new and existing technologies is advantageous. The candidate should be adept at working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients, utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements, and advancing pricing strategy through the use of pricing tools to influence a shift to alternative fee arrangements.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $119,300 - $328,000, with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is applicable for roles based in Maryland. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
