Job Responsibilities:
As a summer associate at the law firm, you will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the world’s leading technology, life sciences, and growth companies, as well as organizations across various industries. The role includes:
- Engaging in a broad spectrum of legal practices and projects within your practice group.
- Participating in ample training sessions and gaining significant client contact.
- Collaborating with a diverse group of attorneys to gain a realistic view of practicing law at the firm.
- Building relationships and gaining experience to ensure success as a junior associate.
- Engaging in firm culture through events like summer academy, happy hours, dinners, and other social gatherings to facilitate a successful transition into the law firm environment.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be current 2L law students, expected to graduate with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in 2027.
- Outstanding academic credentials are required.
- Candidates should possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Information:
- The compensation for the 2026 summer associates will be competitive with comparable major law firms in the area. For reference, the 2025 summer associates were paid at the rate of $4,327 per week.
- Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in group medical insurance coverage.
