• Attending client meetings
• Representing workers at grievance arbitration hearings
• Handling ERISA related litigation
• Defending employee benefit plan and union clients in administrative hearings and court

Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience in relevant work

• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Real estate experience is a plus
• Dedication to the labor movement

Benefits and Salary:
• Pay step scale based on years of experience
• Starting at $86, and ending at $122,
• Defined benefit pension plan
