Job Title: IP Litigation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The IP Litigation Associate will be part of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. The primary responsibilities include engaging in complex IP litigation matters, conducting thorough research, drafting legal documents, and effectively communicating with clients and colleagues. The associate will be expected to navigate complex subject matters swiftly and efficiently, contributing to the growth and support of the national practice. Collaboration with team members to achieve strategic goals and deliver high-quality legal services is essential.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have active bar admission in the jurisdiction where they intend to practice. A strong academic background is required, along with solid experience in a law firm or clerking environment. Ideal candidates should have over four years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with experience in the Federal Circuit being advantageous. Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Salary Information:
The salary for the IP Litigation Associate position ranges from $230,000 to $310,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience. Additionally, a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. The role includes eligibility for various firm benefits such as medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as voluntary insurance options including vision coverage. The position also offers a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
