Job Title: Manager, Transfer Pricing
Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager in Transfer Pricing, you will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team that provides clients with critical knowledge to address intercompany pricing issues effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues for multinational enterprises across various industries.
- Supervising the assignments of engagement staff, providing leadership, counseling, and training to Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Being an integral member of a client-facing team, developing a comprehensive understanding of your client's business and the broader industry context.
- Managing and overseeing detailed economic and financial analyses, complex modeling, and empirical analyses.
- Assisting in drafting proposals, document requests, reports, client presentations, and other client materials.
Education and Experience Information:
Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, requiring US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
- 5+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing within a consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, depending on the work, clients, and industries/sectors served.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, one of the following designations based on role requirements and business approval:
- Licensed attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent (Master’s or . preferred)
- Other: foreign equivalent of the above
Preferred:
- Previous Big 4, transfer pricing, or financial experience.
- Highly motivated transfer pricing expert with a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, their theory, and interpretation.
- Strong project management skills and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
Salary Information:
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At the company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $103,320 to $235,170.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
