Duties

  • Handle a wide array of litigation matters, including:

    • Commercial disputes

    • White collar defense

    • Civil and criminal government enforcement actions

    • Internal investigations

    • Antitrust, securities, and class action litigation

    • Medical malpractice defense

    • Professional licensing and disciplinary proceedings

  • Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs

  • Conduct legal research and analysis

  • Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex legal strategies

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas

  • Demonstrated interest in complex litigation and government investigations

  • Strong professional judgment and a commitment to high-quality legal service

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Strong academic performance required

Certifications

  • Admission to the Vermont Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
