Duties:

Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Communicate complex legal issues clearly to clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in municipal or business law.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Vermont licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Vermont Bar license or eligibility to be licensed in Vermont.
