Job Title: Senior Associate Employment Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Junior Associates, offering guidance, mentorship, and supervision in all aspects of case handling.
- Manage high-profile, complex cases, ensuring that day-to-day tasks are completed in alignment with the law firm's guidelines.
- Collaborate with other senior team members to discuss case strategy, discovery, and deposition planning.
- Take charge of law and motion practice, settlements, and more intricate aspects of litigation.
- Provide leadership in client communication, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the litigation process.
- Assist in shaping the law firm's long-term strategy for addressing cutting-edge legal issues and high-impact cases.

Education and Experience Information:
- At least 5+ years of experience in employment law litigation and class actions.
- Experience in managing a team and supervising Junior Associates.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of high-stakes cases from start to finish.

Salary Information:
- Up to $300,000 per year.
