Job Title: WM Senior Trust Officer

Job Responsibilities:
The WM Senior Trust Officer is responsible for administering, managing risks, and servicing assigned fiduciary and investment management accounts. This role may involve relationship management duties and requires specialized knowledge and expertise in products such as IRAs, Charitable/Philanthropic Accounts, ILITs, and Estates. The officer will likely work as part of a team of experts, with tasks assigned based on complexity. The role includes being accountable for servicing and retaining existing accounts and administering them in compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and company policies and procedures. Meeting corporate and regulatory compliance standards is also a key responsibility.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of eight years of experience in Trust administration is necessary.
- A professional designation is required, which may include CTFA, CFP, JD, CPA, or a graduate of the National Trust School Program.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of estate settlement, income, estate and multi-generational taxation, and trusts.
- Thorough understanding of fiduciary law, tax implications, practices in multiple jurisdictions, trust accounting/reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Basic project and information management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
- Well-developed customer service and relations skills.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $98, to $115,, based on the primary location. The actual salary range may differ depending on the role's location. In addition to the salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and pension plans, subject to eligibility requirements.
