The candidate will handle pre-trial aspects of cases involving personal injury motor vehicle incidents, including trial preparation, depositions, and eventually taking cases to trial. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must be an active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
