Chicago office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an employment litigation attorney with 2 years of litigation experience and 2 years of experience in employment law. The candidate will be litigating non-compete agreements, negotiating executive compensation and severance packages, litigating Title VII and other discrimination matters, drafting employment agreements and employee handbooks, conducting workplace investigations, providing workplace training, and training businesses to form positive workplace cultures. Will manage all aspects of litigation, resolve disputes, draft and review agreements and policies, negotiate contracts, and advise and guide clients through complex and sometimes emotional matters. Illinois licensed attorney essential. A strong understanding of the civil procedure is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential.
