The candidate will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial preparation and trials. Responsible for the day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and draft expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
