Will collaborate with other associates and partners. Draft documents, briefs, opinion letters and the like. Draft and argue motions. Attend arbitrations, administrative hearings, public meetings, and court appearances. Communicate effectively with clients and adversaries. Must be admitted to practice in the state of NJ. NY is a plus. Clerkship, trial and appellate experience is a plus. Book of business is a plus.
