A law firm is seeking a Mid-Senior Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for their Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of substantive experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation and must possess a strong background in defending employment discrimination claims, EEOC/DOL matters, and wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits.
