Job Duties:

• Handle matters related to federal government contracts, including compliance counseling, bid protests, claims litigation, and False Claims Act investigations.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide counsel on government contract issues.
• Work collaboratively within a legal team on case strategies and client representation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in federal government contracts, including bid protests, claims litigation, and False Claims Act investigations.
• Experience with matters involving federal government contracts and related litigation.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active Bar license in the state.

Skills:

• Proficient in research and writing skills for legal document preparation.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in litigation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a legal team.
