A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal solutions in trademark, copyright, and entertainment-related litigation, collaborating with clients to navigate complex legal challenges.

Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and memoranda for court proceedings.
Manage complex discovery processes.
Communicate effectively with opposing counsel.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Prepare and present oral arguments in hearings.
Develop trial strategies and manage trial preparation, including witness preparation and evidence management.
Draft appellate briefs as needed.
8-10 years of experience in trademark, copyright, and entertainment litigation and counseling.
Proven experience in drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Ability to lead and manage litigation strategy.
Trial experience is preferred.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Strong academic credentials.
Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
