Location:
Duties:
- Manage civil and commercial litigation cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation.
- Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and hearings.
- Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports.
- Assist in trial preparation including case strategy, discovery management, records review, client interviews, and witness preparation.
- Provide strategic input and manage day-to-day case-related tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Illinois and Missouri Bar licenses (required).
Skills:
- Expertise in civil and commercial litigation.
