Mount Prospect office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience with all aspects of estate planning and trust administration. The candidate will provide a full range of estate planning and trust administration services to the clients. Will meet with prospective clients for first consultations and gather all necessary information to make planning recommendations. Review the current plan with existing clients and review possible changes or upgrades to the current estate plan. Review and draft legal documents on behalf of clients: estate plans, including wills; revocable and irrevocable trusts; powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Keep detailed client notes of all meetings and phone calls in the current client platform. Perform all other projects as assigned. Must be licensed attorney by State Bar in Illinois. Must preferably have State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills and Probate. Knowledge of income, gift, and estate tax laws desired. Must have experience working with high net worth clients. Should be proficient in MS Word. Wealth Counsel experience preferred.
