A well-established law firm located in Brookfield is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a focus on Divorce and Family Law. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to handle a full caseload of family law matters in a supportive, professional, and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of relevant experience and a strong command of litigation, client communication, and case strategy within the family law space.

Manage family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, maintenance, and property division
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Provide clear legal counsel and guidance throughout all phases of the legal process
Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients
Independently manage a full caseload from intake to resolution
Work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
Proven ability to handle all aspects of divorce and custody matters
Strong litigation and negotiation skills
Capable of managing multiple cases with limited supervision
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical abilities
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy for clients in challenging situations
Strong time management and organizational skills
