West Chester office of our client seeks a civil and criminal associate attorney with 1 year of civil and/or criminal law experience. The candidate will provide full-service legal support and research to multiple clients. Will represent clients in court appearances. Collaborate and assist with partners, other attorneys, and legal assistants. Maintain, develop and improve client relationships. Prepare all required legal documents. Represent firm in networking forums and key events. Recommend ways to improve legal execution in support of the practice. Solicit and promote the firm on social media. Must be an active member, good standing with Pennsylvania Bar. Should have the billable book. Courtroom experience practicing civil and/or criminal law is required. Experience drafting petitions, motions, pleadings, briefs, etc. is needed. Must have a strong working knowledge of Apple/Mac & MS Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PP, and Clio.
