Foley office of our client seeks an estate planning attorney with 3 years of prior experience. The candidate will meet with clients, put them at ease, have sensitive conversations about their family and other issues, and advise them on estate planning options. Present estate planning strategies to clients that address their needs in a language that non-lawyers can understand. Prepare estate planning documents, and review and explain the documents to clients. Continually learn new developments and refine your skills in modern estate planning strategies and tactics. Learn the firm?s current processes and procedures, and continue to adapt to new ways of accomplishing goals. Work with the team to continually improve and develop processes and procedures. A license to practice law in Alabama is required.
