The candidate should have experience in transactional tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity). Experience with executive compensation joint ventures and restructurings is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction. Must have a Juris Doctor degree. Strong research and writing skills are required.
