As a Law Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, analyzing motions, and providing written recommendations to expedite court calendars. You may also be assigned to research, analyze, and recommend policies and procedures related to specific court proceedings and recurring issues. You will have the opportunity to work in various court locations or units, and may also supervise law students and volunteers.
