Greenfield office of our client seeks technology transactions attorney with 3 years of experience. The candidate will be drafting and negotiating technology and licensing agreements, particularly those related to software development, licensing and distribution; technology joint ventures; corporate finance and venture capital for technology firms; intellectual property audits and due diligence; Internet-based service agreements; privacy law. Must have working on technology transactions for technology based businesses. Must have knowledge, and preferably experience, in the software or Internet industries. Must have successfully closed at least twenty five technology deals in the last 3 years.
