The Patent/Intellectual Property Litigation Associate will be responsible for:

- Assisting with all aspects of patent and intellectual property litigation
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conducting research and preparing legal memoranda
- Preparing for court appearances and trials
- Assisting with discovery and deposition preparation
- Attending hearings and taking depositions
- Working with clients to develop strategies for litigation

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
