Duties:

• Assist clients in distressed situations, providing strategic advice and legal guidance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to bankruptcy, restructuring, and corporate governance.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Participate in negotiations with creditors, stakeholders, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex restructuring matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar; additional admissions in other jurisdictions are a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience practicing law, focusing on bankruptcy, restructuring, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws, including Chapter 11 proceedings.
• Exceptional academic credentials, demonstrating a solid academic record.
• Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise documents.
