We are currently seeking a Paralegal with 1+ years of litigation experience to assist with conducting investigations and research for a diverse portfolio of cases. Job Title: Discovery Paralegal

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Studies and/or Paralegal Certificate a plus
- 1+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Familiarity with team collaboration software preferred
- Experience with Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and document management systems a plus

Responsibilities:

- Manage and respond to litigation discovery requests, including assisting with discovery requests and document productions
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders inside and outside the firm
- Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify relevant information for each case
- Organize and maintain evidentiary data and case-related information according to best records management practices
