As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will play a critical role in our tax practice group, utilizing your minimum of three years of experience in trust and estate administration and drafting estate planning documents. You will also have the opportunity to work on lifetime estate tax planning transactions, as well as corporate or real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review estate planning documents
- Assist with trust and estate administration
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Support the tax practice group in various projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required
- Minimum of three years of experience in estate planning and administration
- Familiarity with lifetime estate tax planning transactions and corporate or real estate transactions is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
