Law Firm Seeking Associate (Mid-Level) in New York, NY

We are seeking a candidate with a JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent and at least two years of experience as an Associate or in a related occupation.

Minimum Experience Required:

- 2 years of experience as an Associate or in a related occupation
- 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Advising and representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporations, banks and direct lenders in . and international corporate and financial transactions
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing principal and ancillary loan documents
- Assessing the Uniform Commercial Code and coordinating perfection steps
- Providing deal management and co-ordination for domestic and cross-border financing transactions
- Formulating legal strategy and transaction structure based on research and analysis
- Providing technical credit agreement analysis and guidance to clients

Alternatively, the employer will accept an LLM degree or equivalent in a stated field and 2 years of experience.

Salary Information:
- Base salary for Associate positions ranges from $225,000 to $435,000 per year, depending on class year
