Litigation Associate The candidate must have 5+ years of litigation experience to assist and handle general and complex litigation matters in the areas of real estate, shareholder/member disputes, employment, probate, and corporate/business matters. Will draft pleadings and research memoranda, handle depositions and court hearings, interact with firm clients, opposing counsel, and court staff, develop file background, and assist with strategy formulation. Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills are required.
