Real estate transactions and finance associate position with Manatt Law Firm in Silicon Valley

- Minimum 3 years of real estate transactions experience required
- Led by recognized Next Generation Partner, Anita Sabine
- Unique professional services approach, combining legal and strategic business services
- Team of lawyers, land use planners, real estate brokers, and business strategy consultants
- Broad experience across real estate asset classes and development projects
- Collaborative work with diverse clients in various industries, including healthcare, technology, and entertainment
- Opportunity to work with institutional owners, entrepreneurial developers, and corporate/technology companies
- Experience in negotiating and drafting various real estate transaction documents required
- Joint venture and project finance experience a plus

Responsibilities:

- Negotiate and draft real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development agreements
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide legal and strategic business services to clients
- Work with a diverse range of clients in various industries
- Conduct research and provide legal advice on complex real estate matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Participate in firm initiatives and committees focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate transactions
- Admission to the bar in good standing in the jurisdiction where you plan to practice
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
