A law firm in Chicago is actively seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in estate planning. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and maintain an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to estate planning.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Counsel clients on tax implications, asset protection, and wealth preservation.
• Conduct legal research on estate planning laws and regulations.
• Assist clients in developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to address clients' estate planning goals.
• Administer and settle estates, including probate and trust administration.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in estate planning.
