**Trusts and Estate Planning Attorney**
**Members Only**, a business law firm near Cleveland, Ohio is seeking an experienced Probate and Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in estate planning and probate law, and must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Ohio Bar.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Provide legal advice and services in the areas of trusts, estate planning, and probate law
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate planning and probate matters
- Advise clients regarding estate tax planning and other tax strategies
- Assist clients in the transfer of family business ownership
- Resolve conflicts between beneficiaries and trustees
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings
**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in estate planning and probate law
- Active member in good standing with the Ohio Bar
- Knowledge of trusts, estate planning, and probate law
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
