Law Firm Seeking Associate with 2-4 Years of Experience in Employment Law

Responsibilities:
As an Associate in Employment Law, your responsibilities may include:
• Providing advice and litigation services in wage & hour, discrimination, and non-compete/trade secret matters
• Having traditional labor experience is a plus
• Utilizing excellent writing and analytical skills with a strong academic background
• Being admitted to practice in the jurisdiction you are applying for

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
• 2-4 years of experience in Employment Law
• Experience in California, Illinois, or New York preferred
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Admission to practice in the jurisdiction you are applying for

Compensation:
McDermott offers competitive compensation packages that recognize hard work and excellence. The expected pay range for Associates is:
• 2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
• 2022 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
• 2021 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
• 2020 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
• 2019 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
• 2018 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
• 2017 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
• 2016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
