# Senior Attorney at Law Firm
Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated Senior Attorney with experience in estate planning, succession planning, and real estate. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.

## Responsibilities
- Develop long-lasting relationships with clients
- Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks
- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
- Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients, and completing tasks
- Significant previous experience in at least 2 of our practice areas
- Discuss plans with clients for distributing clients’ assets
- Create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for your clients
- Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
- Confer with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process
- Educate clients about options for retirement, donating to charity, and purchasing insurance
- Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current
- Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action

## Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a law firm working in estate planning, estate administration, real estate, or business/farm succession planning
- Experience working with support staff and paralegals is necessary for this position
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- This position requires compliance with law firm systems and procedures - you will be required to follow our established process for our clients
- Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high

## Compensation
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000+ yearly.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of estate planning, business or farm law, and real estate, and must be highly organized and motivated. The Senior Attorney will work with clients to develop strategies for farm and business succession, estate tax protection, and efficient estate administration.
