Responsibilities:
- Templates and Precedent Drafting/Management: Creating, improving, and organizing template documents for Private Companies in Digital Health
- Education and Training: Collaborating with the legal education team to develop trainings and educational content for the practice group
- Process Management: Coordinating with lawyers and other personnel to review and update practice resources and external publications
- Legal Updates: Monitoring legal and regulatory developments for Private Companies, Life Sciences Regulatory, and Digital Health practices and preparing summaries and alerts
- Thought Leadership: Developing content for Cooley publications and other external resources
- Assisting with Individual Attorney Requests: Helping attorneys with day-to-day requests for precedents and templates
- New Initiatives: Participating in resource, knowledge management, and practice innovation and technology projects
- Other duties as assigned or required

Skills and Experience:
- Licensed attorney with minimum 3-5 years of experience in US corporate/transactional practice
- Strong drafting skills
- Experience with larger, later stage private companies and transactions in the Private Companies in Digital Health field
- Interest or background in life sciences and/or digital health preferred
- Organizational skills to handle multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders
- Attention to detail for drafting and analysis of template documents
- Creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to identify needs and opportunities for the practice group
- Self-starter who takes initiative in advancing resource projects
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving resource initiatives
- Team player who can collaborate and build relationships with attorneys and other professionals in a fast-paced environment
