- Development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation, and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors.
- Utilizing federal, state, and local affordable housing programs.
- Representing for-profit and nonprofit developers.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of meaningful experience in real estate.
- Strong background in title & survey, easements, and leases.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills.
- Detail-oriented and have excellent follow through.
- Member (in Good Standing) of the Florida Bar or willing to seek admission.
